It’s never too soon to begin preventing tooth decay. Bring your baby in to see us early – at age one, or within six months of cutting the first tooth.  It is important to take care of a child’s first teeth, their primary teeth, because they aid in speech development, allow food to be properly chewed, and maintain space for permanent teeth. It is also important to develop good lifelong dental habits early on.

Our proactive dental prevention treatments include sealants, silver diamine fluoride, fluoride and sports guards, and esthetic mercury-free restorations.

We will help your child understand how good dental hygiene and prevention will see them through their teen years and continue to keep them healthy throughout their lives.
